On Sunday, June 10th, Roger Daltrey will perform The Who's hit rock opera Tommy along with members of The Who band and the Wolf Trap Orchestra. This event is in such high demand there are two shows scheduled at Wolf Trap, and both are expected to sell out. However, we've reserved 32 lawn tickets at cost with no service fees, and a *free* bus (for DC Club members) to take you to and from the show!
Here's how it works: sign up and pay for your ticket, and email us at email@example.com to let us know your top 2 choices for bus pickup and drop off locations (Chinatown, Dupont Circle, Georgetown, Rosslyn, and Ballston). The two most popular choices will be chosen and we will pickup and drop off at both. Pickup will likely be 5pm in DC and 5:30pm in Arlington; likely drop off times will be 11:30pm in Arlington and 12am in DC. Getting to Wolf Trap when the gates open at 6:30pm will ensure the group has the best chance to sit together on the lawn and mingle before the show. We will let all registrants know exact plans for the bus closer to the date of the show.
One of the best parts of Wolf Trap is that you are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks (yes, alcohol too!), so we encourage guests to do so. The limitations are that bags must be no larger than 14"x13"x10" (standard reusable grocery bag) and coolers no larger than 15"x15"x22" (48 quarts).
Whether you've been to Wolf Trap before or not, you won't want to miss out on this great opportunity with the Georgetown Alumni Club of DC.
*Bus is free for DC Club members; non-members pay a discounted fee to ride the bus.
